BTS 3610 is an exciting new variety from the successful Betaseed breeding programme, offering the key agronomic characteristics that growers look for in securing maximum yield potential on-farm.
The variety has a high sugar content, combined with a good disease resistance profile of Rust (5.9), Powdery Mildew (5.3) and Cercospora (6.6), which supports its high untreated yield of 101.2%.
These characters combined with the varieties low bolting figures – ESB (3498) and NSB (0) make BTS 3610 an attractive choice for growers and offers a robustness for the later lifting scenario.
